DARLENE R. SEYMOUR, GENERAL COUNSEL Darlene Seymour has been employed as legal counsel for Continental Enterprises since February of 2006 and is now serving as General Counsel. Darlene began her legal career in 2001 as an Associate Attorney for Kiefer & McGoff, practicing in the areas of family law, criminal defense and legal ethics. She has authored and co-authored numerous legal publications, seminars and appellate briefs. Darlene has also been involved in her community. Her work with the Innocence Project was instrumental in freeing an Indiana inmate that had been wrongfully imprisoned for twenty years.
BRIAN J. MCGINNIS, ASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL Brian J. McGinnis has been Associate General Counsel for Continental Enterprises since January 2009. Brian came to Continental Enterprises after more than three years of practice as an Associate Attorney at the Indianapolis law firm of Feiwell & Hannoy, P.C. Brian currently practices in trademark enforcement and protection as well as trademark licensing, serving as Continental Enterprises’ Licensing Attorney. Brian holds a juris doctorate degree concentration in intellectual property and received several honors for his work in intellectual property during his legal education. Admitted to the Indiana bar in 2005, Brian is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and is licensed to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, as well as all Indiana State Courts.
